Roman Wilderness MMX: Urban Agriculture, Animal Architecture, and Street Choreography
Descrizione del progetto

While living and studying in Italy in my early twenties—first at the Istituto Universitario di Architettura di Venezia and later in a Tuscan farmhouse—I was surprised to find myself more inspired by the Italian celebration of quotidian life than the spectacle of the architecture and art. These projects reflect this interest. What do Romans eat, and could some of that produce be grown on the streets where they live? What animals are native to the city of Rome, and which ones might be welcomed back? How do Romans occupy and move through their city, what is their particular street choreography?
