Resource description
The Radiotelevisione Italiana (RAI) library, the Biblioteca Centrale Paolo Giuntella, holds approximately 80,000 volumes and 600 periodicals and is specialized on media studies (television studies in particular), theater studies, performing arts, and also, with special regard to Italy, on journalism, history, and sociology. Further, the RAI has several archives with various materials related to broadcasting and television.
