Botanical Autopsies is a public exhibition of botanical prints by Miranda Mote (2024 Fellow), made with the plants of the Non-Catholic Cemetery for Foreigners in Rome.

Reception and tradition are two sides of the same coin: the way culture lives over time. In this conference, itself built around a four-day residency of scholars at the American Academy in Rome, we will explore different aspects of this activity.
