Kate Soper, a composer based in Northampton, Massachusetts, is the 2024 Frederic A. Juilliard/Walter Damrosch Rome Prize Fellow in musical composition. She is also the Iva Dee Hiatt Professor of Music at Smith College and codirector of Wet Ink Ensemble.

Fatma Bucak is the 2024 Fondazione Sviluppo e Crescita CRT Italian Fellow in Visual Arts and an artist based in Turin, Italy.
