In an effort to introduce the Academy to new people, we encouraged you to bring a colleague, promising graduate student, or friend to the reception. This event will feature New Orleans–style specialties.

Directions: A five-minute walk from the Hilton New Orleans Riverside conference hotel. Head west on Poydras Street, crossing Convention Center Boulevard. Continue on Poydras to South Peters Street and turn left. The American Italian Cultural Center will be on your right toward the end of the block (before Lafayette Street).
