Exhibition of the Grand Prize Winner of the 30th Biennial of Graphic Art
Maria Elena Gonzalez, Tree Talk Series
Maria Elena Gozalez, FAAR 2004, won the Grand Prix at the 31st Biennial of Graphic Arts in Ljubljana for Tree Talk, a cross disciplinary piece that is based on a fallen birch tree. Gonzalez produced a version of the piece specifically for this show that combines graphic art, musical composition, and performance.

Bunny Harvey: Four Decades
Bunny Harvey, FAAR 1976, is retiring after 40 years teaching at Wellesley College. She is being honored by a major retrospective at the Davis Museum. The opening reception is 16 September in the Davis Lobby Galleries, 5pm to 7pm. Other events include a workshop, an open conversation, and a symposium. A catalog of the exhibition will be available.
