In conjunction with the exhibition Nero su Bianco, which remains on view through July 19, the American Academy in Rome presents the third in a series of appointments exploring the themes engaged by the exhibition. Memorie, in collaboration with the Festival Internazionale di Roma LETTERATURE, features the Kenyan writer Binyavanga Wainaina, author of One Day I Will Write About This Place, published in Italian with the title Un giorno scriverò di questo posto (66thand2nd, 2013). Also participating are Dany Laferriere and Concita De Gregorio.
