2016 Fall Gala
The American Academy in Rome’s 2016 Gala held at the Morgan Library and Museum honored the remarkable Laurie Anderson and celebrated Rome Prize Fellows. With art world luminaries in attendance such as Chuck Close, Fred Wilson, Adam Weinberg, Thom Mayne, Bob Stern, Craig Dykers and Elaine Molinar, Jim Cass, and many more, the festive event celebrated the importance of the arts and humanities now more than ever. Cochaired by Cary J. Davis, Mary E. Frank, and John F. W. Rogers, the Gala raised important funds for the Academy.
